What Color is Your Ink Pen?
I prefer to use blue ink pens at work (and when I was in school). For personal use, here at home, I really prefer purple. PURPLE!
I just like fun colors. It makes me happy to write out a check in pink ink or sign the back of my paycheck in gold. I dunno. It's fun, that's all.

Black, because I'm boring.
I'm all about the Pilot G2s, preferably blue.
I'm developing this theory that there's some sort of correlation between having a degree or degrees in English and having a weird fascination with the pen aisle at Officemax. Most of the ex-English majors I know seem to have very deep and particular preferences when it comes to writing utensils, down to brand loyalty and hue.
