Kidlet Games

A couple days ago, I helped one of the kids sign up to play a game on Cartoon Network (it's an on-going game with a character you create that's unique to you). It looked pretty cool, so I signed up and started playing too. Now, though, every time I try playing, the game gives me an error message, and this makes me kind of sad because I was planning on wasting some very long nighttime hours in Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends at the Big Fat Awesome House Party. Pbbbt!

But for you folks who are game inclined and need somewhere new to play during the 'thon, here are some of the sites the kids go to (and some that they try going to and then don't get to visit anymore because they think it's okay for a 9 year old to play games called Bust Lust or games based on collecting drugs and paraphanalia while being chased by the cops...):

-- miniclip.com
-- gamebrew.com
-- heavygames.com
-- kewlbox.com
-- shockwave.com
-- candystand.com
-- fastgames.com
-- hypegames.com
-- addictinggames.com

So if you're bored, they might help you out some. I kill many a dull moment at work playing on some of the kids' games. Cartoon Network, Disney Channel, and Nick also have some excellent games. And the beauty with those sites is that it totally strokes your ego to play games where you can get to level 75 because you've figured out how not to suck (this one...very cute...).
